Why attempt to review such a card and then ignore raytracing?

Well give a reason to why should not buy a 6900XT or 6800XT over a 3080ti and 3090?!?

I mean I can cut the price here on a 6900XT that is like 60% cheaper than a 3090 for an instance, and you get almost the same performance... I mean if one card do 10-20FPS better and still am in the +80-100fps on min fps calculated, why bother paying more?!?
