    Salute 05

Something a little different for you today... games you can play without a computer! Yes, it really can be done!

This years Salute is the sixth show held by the South London Warlords on the Olympia site showcasing the finest in all forms of wargames and more. It’s the biggest show of it’s kind in the UK and from next year it will be moving to a new venue across town in the docklands ExCel centre.

Great review, and cheers for the piccies Eagleshard (i'm guessing you're responsible).
    I even got a mention (!).

Speaking of dice, some said they bought a transparent d6 with a little d6 INSIDE, so you can roll to hit and wound at the same time! Cool or what?

I saw those and they're on my list for next time, there was even a d10 one inside the other for rolling D100

The standard of miniatures was really high for the entire show but i'm glad i took an extra moment to check out the NewBold world stand, they were particulary fine. thanks for bringing them to my attention.

    thanks for the kind words

Do we have any other avid roleplayers or wargames fans out there?
