Apple has more than doubled the range of TV shows that iTunes users in the USA can buy for download - adding 11 NBC programmes spanning current prime-time, cable and late-night offerings, plus 'classics'. Included are Law & Order, Alfred Hitchcock Presents, Dragnet, Knight Rider, Battlestar Galactica and The Tonight Show with Jay Leno.

iTunes now offers more than 300 episodes of 16 popular TV shows for viewing on a computer or iPod. Customers have purchased and downloaded more than three million videos since their debut on October 12, making the iTunes Music Store the world’s most popular video download store.
