Sony to be sued by Toshiba over battery recall?

There was never any chance that things would get better for Sony any time soon over debacle of the fire-risk batteries it's been selling to laptop PC makers, so the only question is, how much worse can things get?

Well, quite a bit worse it would seem, judging by a couple of recent news stories.

The only suprise is that Sony has had the cheek to wait till now to recall it's own products.

I guess it would seem suspicious if they were the only ones not recalling, though I recall them saying that other people laying them out wrong was part of the problem.
