An online selling price of £78 makes it one of the cheaper P965-based motherboards from the big-name manufacturers, and Foxconn adds in a nice touch by amalgamating eSATA on the I/O section.
Foxconn seem to have taken some notice of the reviews; I bought one last week and it came with 2 SATA cables, and a full manual (not just the quick setup guide).
All in all I'm really happy with it so far. Okay it doesn't come with the slew of extras of an Asus Deluxe board (my last one before it committed suicide), but at that price I'm not bothered.

Is anyone successfully running an E4300 at FSB=333MHz with the Foxconn P9657AA-8EKRS2H ?

A P9657AA-8EKRS2H / P9657AA-8KS2H BIOS dated April 5, 2007 and labled P41 has been released.
No description about what is different is available so trying it out could be another timesink.
