    o2 orbit password problem

    hello to you . i reently put a new password into my phone and cant remember it . tried to hard reset but side button does not press in can anyone help ....thanksneed it for sat nav holiday

    try reflashing it, google it, o2 usually have an update pack that will flash it, remember to backup everything first because it will wipe everything out.

    Turn it off.

    Hold the 2 softkeys, just inside the start/end call buttons for a few seconds and then power on. That is a proper hard reset. This will wipe everything and reset it to as new.
