    O2 2007

I don`t no but it seems to me like O2 online are really trying very hard this year with all the new phones they keep putting up on the website . now they have the HTC TYTN II (O2 Xda Stellar) also and on some not to bad price plans. Not sure if i would go for this over new updated Nokia 95 black 8GB.

    Re: O2 2007

I left because they weren't getting the tytn ii. Woman on the phone was calling me stupid for not wanting their 'better' deal, saying they were getting the iPhone exclusively lol.

Then they went and got the Tytn II! If I've learnt anything, it's that phone sales people, on the whole, don't know much. (One was saying that soon phone cameras will have 12mp for superior quality, at which point I had to explain that the amount of megapixels was not proportional to the amount of detail captured)

They also offered me an unlimited data tariff, so they do exist. I don't know if you need to be an existing customer. It was subject to a fair use of 500mb a month though, and I was using my phone as a modem...

    Re: O2 2007

Their "unlimited" data has a "fair usage" of 1GB and is £40 normally.

I don't get a 3G signal in Aberdeen, yet have 3G on NL KPN in Holand, TeleNor in Norway and MTN in Nigeria. Now that is messed up.

Oh and if you do get a 3G O2 connection, it's not going to be a very quick one, not like t-mobile's 1.7mbps or 3.6mbps they are rolling out.

    Re: O2 2007

Yep O2 3G is a Very Big issue for what is one of the better networks in UK and why i switched to Vodafone last year. They have had a lot of problems getting good phones on the website and high street shops over the last few years that seems to have changed all thats needed now is some money being spent on the Network.

    Re: O2 2007

Yeah, O2 do seem to try their very best in keeping their customers unlike some other I could mention, however, the 3G service is fairly useless, to me anyway!
