    o2 orbit 2 help

    Hi
    Just got my orbit and it was supposed to be with co-pilot but ned some help.
    The box says co-pilot live sat nav on the side, the icon is in programs but when i click it asks for serial keys and a memory card (both which are missing) have i got the standard orbit or the sat nav one ?

    It is the standard one
    already signed contract through 3rd party via fax any idea if there is a cooling off period?

    Meh, that's pants. I woudld phone them up & haggle a bit. Tell them you wanted sat nav but ordered the std & want to send it back. They may send you the sat nav to stop you cancelling the contract.

    Theres usually a cooling off period, but id call them ASAP just to be on the safe side. It was a 14 day cooling off period on T-mobile for me. Tell them you are having signal problems in your area and when you took the contract out you were told that your area was under good coverage.

    Thats the way i was told to do it with t-mobile, as their 'signal-area checker' can be a tad generous at times!
