I am 10 months into a 18 month contract with 3 on videotalk 500 (£15/month for the life of the contract. I asked them for a cost to terminate the contract and they are sayng that I will be liable for £25/month if I cancel rather than £15/month becuase the tariff is discounted, but discount doesn't seem to apply if I terminate & maybe a cancellation admin charge too (£50?|)
Is this true or are the call-centre tryiing to pull a fast one?
