    Re: mda vario 1 gps

The MDA Vario (original) is also known as the HTC Wizard.

See the 'pedia for specs: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/HTC_Wizard

It doesn't come with a GPS at all, so you will need an external one. Although, I don't know how well it would run any sat nav software, it is only a 195MHz cpu.

As for memory card, as it takes miniSD cards and was released in 2005, I would say it is limited to 2GB.

    Re: mda vario 1 gps

I had one a while ago now and used to run TomTom on it no probs with my external bluetooth GPS. Also, movies etc will also play fine on it. You can also easily overclock it too which helps in general - ie menus, general phone functions etc. Look for something called omapclock. You should also downloack TCPMP as it's the best media player I've found for WM devices and also lets you see the speed that you've overclocked to.

    Cheers
