    Renewal time. Some advice please.

Hi Guys, Have 3 contacts coming up for renewal with 3.
Currently all £35 pm 1000 mix,a&a, video & pics, although 17.50 pm over 18 mths, but not using anywhere near what we pay for. Also very happy with service levels, current phones etc.

Based on our usage they've offered the following.

Me. 250 mins voice, per sec billing not units + 50text, no vid or pics £5 pm - Sim only 12 mths contract.
Wife. 500 mix + 300 3 to 3 £18 pm 18 mth contract. No vid or pics .Same as online contract. 'Free' phone.
Son. 300 mix £15 pm As above.

Now their sweetener is 2000 mins 3 to 3 per contract, 6000 in total, if we renew all 3 contracts together. Although the basic sim only deal is available either way.

Initially this appeared to be OK but as most of our contacts are on other networks it's not that good and based on current usage we won't be using any where near the standard 300.

    Any thoughts, deals please?

    Russ

    Thanks David,

Looked on their site and now all contracts come with 'unlimited' 3 2 3 calls on 6 or 18.
Called them yesterday and spoke to 1 guy in uk then 3 in india. About an hour in total, really p'ssed off now.
Told 6 mths only new customers , I complained they were penalising their loyal/existing customers, only to given the run around.
Apparently if I cancel my contract and get my pac I can't 'transfer' it to 3, however in the past 5 years this as not been a problem for them until now.

    Thanks Russ
