I'd agree with MadduckUK, The torch functionality is actually very handy and seems to be one of the prime reasons they are sticking with LEDs at the moment. Xenon is all well and good but uses more battery and can increase the depth of the phone where as LEDs are very flat yet can still be bright.

yes but LED flash is useless when every single night photo looks blurry

Nice idea but it just doesnt produce good photos. Whereas xenon does

Other than the complaints about the flash... does anyone rate the SE C510?? Thinking of moving away from Nokia to this :/

I've had a lot of sobering thoughts in my time.... It was them that started me drinking.

Sure looks good. But LED flash, no good. Still sticking to the k800i for phone camera.
There is also a problem out there to use the orange light as a torch.

Get the k800 then, a bit old, but has 3.2 mpx and xenon flash.

Well, price is lowering for the c901 on ebay, now ~£160, still no sign of a UK release

The LED lets the phone be slim due to the reduced mounting depth, would be nice to have a decent flash :/

    Shame it's so expensive

I'm using the C510 at the moment and are pretty happy with it. I'm looking at smartphones though because...well....I could really use the functionality of a smartphone currently.
That's not to say I don't rate the C510. For the price it's a fantastic phone
