Question From mobile phone Text to landline using 3rd party ex: relais

    hi everyone,

I am new here and am not even certain that I'm in the right place.

Has anyone out there ever heard of this type of system?

I received a call this morning on my landline, it was a conversation that I was having through this 3rd party (voice) with the caller/texter.

It seemed to me that the relayer of the conversation between me and the other caller was muting me then coming back with the callers response, and so it went for 10-15 minutes.

If anyone knows about this Relais Bell (that was the ID on my call display), please let me know asap as it is critical I get a copy of that conversation.

    Please

Sounds like it was a conversation with someone who is deaf / mute and was using a text phone with an operator relaying what is being said back and forth.

Relais Bell may be the company the operator was working for

This was my thought as well, except that I cannot locate a company by that name

could be them? Im guessing your 'relais' is their 'relay'! . Give em a bell(geddit..) and see what they say about tracking the message down etc!

edit; they are located in canda though, but google doesnt bring up much more info im afraid!
