Bluetooth Stereo Headsets (with mic)

I was looking for a replacement for my "handsfree" wired headset. I use it on a Windows Mobile 6.1 phone.

I'd need it for a) making/recieving calls and b) listening to Windows Media player
c) Radio would be a bonus but I believe the lack of wire prohibits this function

Do these things even exist? Can anyone tell me what I'm looking for if they do?

Yes, there are loads of them about.

I have a little SonyEricsson one, can't remember the model number for it though. You even get some that have a tiny display to show you who is calling, or some track information.
