My SE C510 brought a couple of months back is unlocked, but it was from Phones4U (I think)

All O2 phones apart from the iphone that you have already correctly identified are unlocked, which means that any phone on the O2 network will work on any other UK network, and also means that when you come to the end of your contract you can sell your old phone as "unlocked", always a bonus. Having said this my opinion of O2 as a network has otherwise dropped recently.
