    Sony C902

    Hi

I have a C902 on O2. Sometimes when the phone is loading pages on the internet I will get a Communication Failure Message Contact Operator for support. I contacted O2 and they have told me that this is normally due to network traffic. Do you think that this is the case?

    Thanks,

    Wizkid

It sounds like the data coverage in your area is a bit spotty and you're getting timed out trying to access O2's gateway. I sometimes have that issue when accessing the Internet while I'm out and about, but so far it has resolved itself most of the time.

If this is persistently happening to you no matter where you are, then perhaps there might be an issue with your phone's settings. If you can still make calls the phone's hardware is probably OK.

    Hi

    Thanks for your reply

I've also tried my sim card in another phone and the problem still happens. So it must be something to do with the O2 network. They have also sent me out a replacement sim card but this did not correct the issue. It seems to happen regardless of where I am and there is not really any set time that it will happen. I have also reset the settings on the phone.

It can happen 5 times in a space of 30mins browsing on the phone. Then other times it will be absolutely fine. Does this happen to you?
