I just got a new w950, few things annoy me

firstly how do i change the way the contacts are displayed?
at the moment its "last name;first name" can i change it to "firstname lastname" i tried changing the sort by option and the only thing that does is how they are sorted not the way they are displayed

also how do i change the quick select options? that are at the bottom of the desctop

fixed it, turns out you cant just copy contacts from the sim when it was in another phone
