Can't see anything in the article that say HTC Dragon/Passion = Nexus One.

Although work net connection is slower than a tortoise, so I gave up reading, once the other half of the article didn't load

Google won't release this, it's more a rumour imo.

They called the G1 the "google phone" and it wasn't made or distributed by google.

Why would they produce middleware and hardware, would step on too many toes.

i think it will have the new snapdragon processor and could come out before the htc bravo

If it's the googlephone - it will be a google branded HTC phone with Android.

If it's not - it will be a HTC phone with Android.

Not really much difference! Spec for the Passion looks quite good though. Will probably buy that or maybe the ELSE phone (1ghz processor, mmm...).

Be hard to leak it before it was being produced, and close to release would hardly be a big media scoop.

Confirmed it has Snapdragon. The specs leaked online. Man Google should hire a plumber, all these "leaks".

its supposed to be really cheap too and lets hope the rumour is true, if you have a gmail account more than 5 years then there is a rebate too..... cant wait
