Yeah, there are tons of secret codes for this phone. Just download the Spare Parts app and use that to access the secret menus

If you can get a hold of v2.0a, thats the version I am using. I'm skipping the upgrade to v2.0b and v2.0c as a lot of people are having problems with them.

I was using 2.0a before trying c, don't have the ROM lying around any more though so tried 1.9 but now on a stock (ish) ROM with just a few extras installed.

Don't bother, I think over on androidforums there is a thread about the higher capacity non-genuine bateries being lower efficiency so although the mah is larger you actually get less/the same out of the battery. Can't find the thread now though!

For anyone still reading about unlocking, if you're on o2 they'll do this for you for free.

Fill in the details and (according to the o2 Live Chat chappy) you'll get a code within 7 days.

sheep? In your opinion? I think sense/leedroid has many more followers... The desire is a bit too popular now I see too many people on the tube with one... maybe I should switch to the nexus one. i guess we are all sheep for getting the desire
