    MiFi and Three Deliveries

    On Thursday I ordered one of the new black MiFi's from Three with delivery on the following Monday. When the dispatch email didn't arrive on Friday I contacted the order telephone line only to be told they have no stock - no email of apology etc. Are Three always this bad ?

    I had no problem with the delivery of my (white) mfi.

    Finding coverage is another matter.

    Three customer service can leave a lot to be desired, but they are cheap so i put up with them.

    The MiFi did arrive on the Tuesday but an email with an apology and updated delivery date would have done a lot to improve customer relations.
