Tomtom on iPhone - Safety Cameras?

How do I activate these? Don't seem to be there/doing owt/working...

I'm using 1.4.1 (UK & IRELAND) on iPhone 4.

I'm on the phone to TomTom and apparently there should be an activation switch in Alerts, under Settings. I only have Speed Limit & Traffic, joy.

Ok, reinstalling it brought the Alert toggle back, but it still doesn't alert me when there's a camera - unless the camera db is so out of date it's not got the 3 I drive past daily...
