    Android/Gmail Open-ness

Just getting settled in with my android phone, all going well.

The thing is, I typed in my google account information, and now the phone flashes up every time I get an email. Not too big a problem in itself, but....

If I lose my phone, I really don't want anybody to have access to my email.

How are you all protecting your android phones? And if you aren't, why not?

Sounds like you want something like WaveSecure Mobile Security.

I just use a screen lock with pattern. For extra security you could use an ApplLocker App.
