Whee can I get an oldish T mobile sim card?

I need a 3 month old or older PAYG T mobile sim so I can unblock the Pulse that T-mobile helpfully simlocked for me ( when I put a German T-mobile sim in it, on a German T-mob shop's recommendation.... neither party TM UK or TM Germany take responsibility) Now the phone is farked and the only way out it seems is to have a 3 month plus T mobile sim so I can pay them to break the simlock.

Anyone suggest where I might be able to get my mitts on one? Have tried ebay but they only have new, and the ones bundled with phones seem mostly new too as the sellers are just giving away a free new one to make it look good. Have tried mates but none on T mobile.
