I've been getting calls lately for some bint that has associated her o2 email account with my o2 phone number, as such I get calls for her.
I was told by 2 different people to contact o2 CS.
There answer, presumably after some level of training to do said CS job, is that I change my phone number..
That to me isnt really CS at all
Anyone work for o2 that can point me in a more useful direction.
Failing that anyone from a different provider with better CS..
