I have no idea about battery power and consumption, but would the extra 70mAh really make much difference?

    Re: Desire HD

    Finally got mine this week

Been waiting since release for orange to have them instock.

Loving it lots atm. i`ve changed the keyboard from the stock one as the arrow keys at the bottom of the screen where annoying me but actually enjoying using sense again(I had my hero running froydvillain so was using vanilla android for a while)

I am tempted to root it again but there dont seem to be many decent roms out atm.

    Re: Desire HD

Using Android Revolution 1.9.2 atm as I prefer the Sense ROM's, if you dont like it then I suggest the Cyanogen ROM...

The difference between running Android on the HD2 to the DHD is quite suprising really, loads faster and smoother on the DHD...

    Re: Desire HD

I would say a huge part of that Trig is that the DHD was built for android where as the HD2 is only optimised by the guys at xda.

I still havent put android on my HD2 yet Dont know which one to use. I basically want no bugs and everything to work

Have a look at M-Deejays HD2 ROM's, they are as close as you are going to get and in the month or so I was using them it became the main OS on the phone, the only time I used WinMo was when booting.
