HTc HD2 android Question

Hey guys i got a HTC hd2 from a mate and subsequently upgraded the radio version and put magldr on it (from dark forces team) i then flashed it with htc sense version of android 2.2, All is running very well however I cant seem to add custom ringtones,

does anyone know how on my acer stream and samsung galaxy spica before it i just held down on one of my sings in music and there was an option to make ringtone but cant find it on here.

That doesn't ~Work it doesn't come up the option to do so. Downloaded and mp3 ringtone cutter from market and just cut ringtones then it duplicates and dumps a copy into ringtones
