Pretty much. At the moment no one offers 12 moths contracts...
Are you looking at pay as you go or contract?

no I am looking at a contract deal, its the 1GB internet that I like on this deal plus O2 are only second to Voda round here for coverage so I should get decent signal with Tesco.

Do you need one now? It's very close to the iPhone 5 guesstimated-time-of-arrival so the 4 will be dropping soonish if you can wait![]()

yes, I was thinking about that as well. Its probably what I will do.

actually it looks like it will be over 3 months until the iPhone 5 will show, thats a bit of a pain!

3 months isn't that long for the new technology that will be on it though! If I were you I would try to hold off...just sayin![]()
Pretty sure the Tesco won't allow tethering. They may be changing their Ts&Cs soon to allow this, not sure.
O2 also now have 12 month contracts and with the new contracts they allow tethering through the internet bolt-on. Worth looking imo.

Patience Jay! If you hold out, you'll have more choices available to you come the end of June. The iPhone 5 will very probably have a revamped antenna, that hampered the iPhone 4. Old Steve Jobs had someone "removed" over that balls up.

I bought the iPhone 4 from Apple and got a SIM-only deal. I got the SIM from Chitter Chatter, who give you a T-Mobile SIM (I've mentioned them before but I honestly don't work for them - just don't seem to be very well known!). The deal I got was £6 a month (30 day contract) with 100 mins, 100 texts and "unlimited" internet (1GB I think). This is because all I wanted really was unlimited internet for the cheapest amount possible. (And T-Mobile share coverage with Orange and have the best signal in the areas I use it). Warning: T-Mobile will charge you 25p (or something like this) every time you ring your voicemail; apart from that, I have no complaints.
I pay about £15 a month for 200 mins 5000 texts and 1GB internet. The phone HTC HD was £180 (including the first months rental)
