Mobile broadband: popularity and features

Hi, my name is Karen MacKellar and I am a 4th year student currently
studying Management Science at the University of Strathclyde, Glasgow. As part of my
Honours dissertation project I am looking at the magnitude and opinions of
individuals' use of mobile broadband within the United Kingdom. Mobile
broadband is internet access or wireless communications delivered by the
providers to mobile phones or laptops via mediums such as 3G or GPRS.

I would be grateful if you could take the time to fill out the following
