Thanks Peter / Agent for the clear up - hopefully this post can get on track without any further trolling!
Can't wait to see if the OTA comes tomorrow as stated, 3.1 will bring some great new performance benefits and stabilities to make the TF101 even better.

So anyone that doesn't share your opinion is trolling? I'd suggest you stop these personal digs at me, its quite sad.
I suggest that you either leave the thread alone or leave the forums alone!

Don't bother Bunji, he's just baiting you.
Trolling is posting provocative comments without substantiating them. You have made a number of comments on this thread (and others) that are opinion, but phrased in a way to 'stir things up'. That is fine IF you can back up your assertions with some factual evidence to back up your assertions. (Why you consider the Apple tablet to be superior, for example). But (although you have been asked - nicely) to do so, you haven't. And some of your posts have been somewhat patronising.

Ok then Peter.
I prefer the iPad because I think that at the moment, apps make a tablet, and the iPad apps are totally unmatched by Honeycomb ones - I think we can all agree on this.
The hardware is lovely and I really like the design, especially the white one. I have a Transformer but other than being decent for web browsing it doesn't do anything much beyond that.
There is one word that made that entire post possibly your best so far...
" I "
We'll see what the 3.1 firmware brings to the Transformer tomorrow, but saying that it doesn't
"do much beyond web browsing" is virging on the ridiculous. I could list a whole range of fantastic games (particularly those optimised for the Tegra CPU), included productivity applications are very useful as well as being a much better experience for watching videos because of the proper widescreen which is superior to the iPads in resolution, but also being IPS is as good if not better in colour reproduction.
No one has ever disputed that the iPad clearly has the better selection of apps, but do you really need a ton of apps when you have a far superior browsing experience with flash capability? After all, apps were only invented original for devices that could not deal with an entire web page or full blown software... Honeycomb is not restricted in what it can handle and doesn't rely virtually entirely on apps.
Honeycomb apps are out every day, and despite being no-where near the iPad, the range is increasing all the time... Let me know what you feel you are missing on Honeycomb in app form and I bet I can suggest an app or alternative that does the job as well as an iOS device.... as long as it is not something totally obscure!

I really wish I had Flash so I could load all those adverts... such a shame
The whole apple stability remarks are a couple joke, my iphone apps crash all the time, the ipod, mail even going into settings causes it too crash.
