    i'm a bit skeptical at the prospect of upgrading my 3GS to ios5
    last time, when i upgraded from ios3 to ios4, i had a serious issue where my 3gs would drop phone calls randomly, I took it to apple and they had to give me a replacement phone under warranty, my 3GS is now out of warranty and im afraid of ios5 breaking my phone

    If it helps, my mum has a 32GB White 3GS with iOS 5.01 on it and its fine. No problems with it.

    +1 on the ios5 on the 3gs.

    just before I upgraded my 3GS I had ios5 on it and there were no issues at all.
