    Wouldnt it be nice if Apple stepped away from patenting things that everyone uses and tried to be innovative for a change?

    Its been a long time since the original iphone came out and whilst android and windows have evolved and changed Iphone and ios seem to have stood still with the same tiny screen size and the same basic layout.

    Damn it..

    Reading thru that thread tho MS have a patent that would cover the "home" button on iphones/ipods and ipads though, mayeb MS should try and get £10 per handset from Apple

    apple devices are good but i hate too many restriction on them and too expensive so i dont use them

    Its very pro america as you would expect, I bet that if HTC or any other company thats not US based wouldnt get the same sort of easy patent road..

    These patent wars just make everybody involved look silly. The pressure to bring out a new model every year is overtaking technological progress - doesn't stop me looking forward to the Samsung Galaxy S3 though!
