Anyone know if there's anything stopping me from buying a spare one of these and putting it in my vanilla Sensation to extend the battery life?

I've just upgraded to a Sensation and battery life is quite a bit worse than my old Desire - will have to look at the XE batteries
I've got one of the Anker 1900mA ones it helps mine get a good full day with heavy useage
I bought this recently, and as above, they work well, easily a day with decent usage now, and the little charger is good, as it can charge the second one as one is being used, so you can instantly swap when needed.
The battery is a mm thicker that stock, but more than acceptable for the gains that you get.

I did think about just getting the Ankher on its own, but the wall charger is good (though a little cheap flimsy). You can also attach you USB charger to it, so basically charge 2 batteries at once, and wake up with more than enough capacity for the day.
There is also a Mugen power one as well, but that alone was more expensive than the Ankher 2x bundle, so thought it was worth a stab.

So, all in all, worth purchasing the Anker ones then?
Just went to order them - even if you tick Super Saver Delivery, they still charge the same as 1st Class delivery - anyone else get this?

Yep, I got the same - but even at that price its a good deal. Its nice to be able to not worry about turning x and y off etc. I havent fully run them in, but they have been cycled about 2-3 times fully and my usage is increasing with each one. If I dont do much then about a day and a half, otherwise with decent usage, still getting a day. And by day I mean 24 hours, not morning to evening. But of course it depends on your usage etc.

I ordered anyway - I figured that 2 new batteries for £20 was still a bargain...
Have you tried juicedefender app? not sure if its psychological but i swear my battery life has been improved. I use the phone pretty heavily with gaming, web, phones and moving backgrounds and its vastly improved the battery life imo.
Give it a whirl, its free after all
I've just had a notification from Amazon that there's a fault with the chargers on those anker packs - they're saying not to charge your phone on the usb portion of it. They're sending new ones out...
Oh, and I've already got JuiceDefender, i'm not convinced...
Here's what they said. Maybe it's just a recent batch. It went into my Junk mail...
