Is there any way to recover this MicroSD

I have a 32Gb MicroSDHC card that was in my Galaxy Tab 2 10.1

I was writing data to the Tab over USB when it threw up an error saying the target device was no longer available.

When I looked the MicroSD was not visible in the Tab and now it is not seen by any device.

I have tried removing it from the tab and reinserting it

I have tried it in my PC

I have tried it in my Galaxy S2

on all occasions I get no reaction from the device that anything has been inserted (when I plug it into the PC in a USB reader the light on the reader sits and blinks constantly but other than that nothing no matter how long I leave it)

Now I know it's a long shot but is there anything I can do to get this card seen again or is it well and truly toast?

there is quite a lot software available to partition your sd card and get them recognised again. one of them is diskgenus. it might be a simple step to activate your partition on the sd card through the diskgenus application.
if you just want the sd card back and dont care about the data, the sd format application from the sd card association is the best choice. I recovered my 16 gb microsd card last time. the app is avalible free from https://www.sdcard.org/consumers/formatter_3/

I ever tried to use a tool named Card Data Recovery to recover data from micro-sd card. You can search for it in Google!

It's tricky to know with the OSes you're using whether it's to do with the card's hardware or something about the partition table. Windows and Android only present you with known working paritions... hence one of the pieces of software mentioned would be useful to see if the hardware is there.
