Recommendations for sensibly sized (~4" Max) phone

    Hi All,

Currently in the market for a new Android phone (my HTC Desire is showing its age), but it seems that all the new nice looking phones (Nexus 4, One X, Galaxy S3) are made for giants. I was looking at the One S but it's still a little on the large side and would rather have something with better specs.

So... does such a phone exist? Or do you think I just have to accept the way the market has gone and get some finger longerners?

There's the Desire X, which is marginally smaller than the One S, at 4", but it's not top spec. It's not rubbish, by any means, but it's not bleeding edge. Or there's the Galaxy S3 mini, which is the S3, but smaller. With not-as-good specs.

the S3 mini seems to be getting a little slated as a brand name cash in... but not done my own research as looking for an 4G upgrade around april
