    Which tablet for under £200

After many weeks of research and headache's i have come down to the Nexus 7 with the Samsung Tab 2 very close behind !!
I'm going to buy the Nexus 7 32gig version but what about some other tablets like the one's available from argos ? The touchpad 7 or 9 and the Archos 19b G3 ?

Anyone have any of these or any other types of tablet

This is for the wife so i have to get it right :?

Many thanks for the feedback ....

Well i know HUKD are currently advertising a Galaxy Tab 2 10" 16gb Wifi version from Carphonewarehouse for £195 which should also be eligible for Samsung's £50 cashback offer making it £145. Out of stock for home delivery but you might find one in a store nearby.

Very hard to beat the Nexus at that price range, unless you value a MicroSD slot highly.

Personally, I do. It adds a lot, IMHO, to versatility.

It's one of the two things so far stopping me from buying a Nexus, and that has me looking hard at the Samsungs. The other is that the Nexus is Goggle, and I just don't trust them, but that's just me, I suppose. I'd certainly be prepared to pay a fair bit more for something that wasn't Google just because it wasn't, all other factors being suitable.

John Lewis have the Tab 2 10.1 16GB at £195 too, in store. Last time I looked, the website said £238, but it was £195 in the store. They had stock, too .... at least my local branch does. That was yesterday, by the way (Tuesday).

Don't hang around if you want that £50 cash back. It expires at the end of the month.
