So since this has been necro'd, has this seen things move forward as people hoped?
i liked vanilla android to go from under kitkat and before. joint with xposed it was slim and tweakable as needed. but under 5.1.1 it and with the ban of selinux changers google finally tightend the grip so the poster was somehow right with some foresight obviously. nowadays i have to find a good CM12.1 based rom with well chosen apps and themes to get all i want together on my devices, 7 over all BTW.
