Best options for SIM-only plan that offers tethering through iPhone?

Currently on a great value £10/mo Tesco plan with 1GB of data but unfortunately Tesco simply don't do tethering :-/

I like GiffGaff but it looks like they have the same problem.

Do you guys know of another SIM/Plan?

    Jailbreak not an option

Giffgaff allow tethering on the £10 goodybag (ie 1Gb/month), just not on the unlimited data tariff.

The problem with GiffGaff is that you need to have a jailbroken iPhone to enable tethering.

If a tariff that allows you to tether a un-jailbroken iPhone is overly expensive then another sim and a usb dongle might work out as the cheaper option.

Though not that I have anything particularly against iPhones, but I haven't had issues tethering my old Sony W850i dumbphone with Bluetooth or USB cable, nor either of my Android phones. Maybe it is time for an upgrade?

It's very strange that things go from....one network offering a great £12/mo tariff with no tethering, and then the next available thing is a £25/mo with tethering

    Strange there's no middle ground

You need apple to recognise giff gaff as an official network. Write them an email?

Yeah I've been preaching on giffgaff forums but it's tough to get a following, I put a poll up on some site and linked it on giffgaff.
