Got my t630 last friday and i've sent 220 texts since then. Thats about average for me on PAYG. Works out at about 30 texts a day so about 900 texts a month. Thats quite a bit...

Is your phone unlocked mate? If it is whack a genie sim in there and you get think its 300 or 400 free texts a month on pay as you go. Thats half your monthly tests, think thats the best you will get on pay as you go

I hate text messages, i send maybe 10 or so a month, why spend ages texting when you can ring them up and talk to them. Takes alot less time, although text messages are good if you want to be discreate.

    I get 300 free. I send around 350-400 a month on average.

This O2 Online PAYG tarriff is perfect for me. Contract would be pointless as I don't make enough calls to warrant it being worth it.

Mr. Aaron orange do include a decent amount of texts if you buy from their site,

    200 minutes xnet anytime 500 texts £30
    120 minutes xnet 250 texts £25

Also, if o2 have a better one, i have heard 'rumours' that from October orange will be offering complete pricematching of o2 tariffs

I personally, as i bought from carphonewarehouse so I could get the insurance which allows me to terminate contract after 3 months, only get 60 texts and that costs me bloody £4 a month . I easily go over that though, even when i am trying to be conservative as well. Back when i had 600 free i averaged around 250 though, and that was back at school when i didnt need to keep in touch as much. At college, if i had the option i would easily be sending 400 a month

    Just seen these starting November

    £8.00 per month line rental
    8p per min ( any network )
    7p per text
    8p any landline.

This one you all (mates family etc) have to be on same network.
    £14 per month line rental
    Free talk
    Free texts
Free landline calls ( if you have a box which reduces call rates for landline )
