The chargers for different SE phones are different voltages well the older ones were anyway because the charger for my old T68i is a different voltage to the chargers for my T610 and K700i, but the T610 and K700i are the same charger so it might have changed with the more modern ones. Its for a P900 right ?
And the recall was for specific chargers made in china I think so I don't think you'd be able to scrounge one from SE.

How old is the charger? Surely it would be covered in the warranty

the datacable covers all the contacts on the bottom of the phone, so it has a passthrough for the charger. That's what streetster is refering to.
