    P900 and p910i

    Pics at : http://www.esato.com/phones/phonegallery.php?phone=129

    Mainly lookng at : http://www.esato.com/phones/phonegallery.php?phone=129

Maybe its just me, but i think the P900 looks much nicer than the P910i.
Saying that, ill probably get a P910i just so i can use the larger memory card sizes (a great big middle finger go's out to SE here).

Which one do you guys think looks best ?

P900 can be flashed to pre-release P910i firmware by certain places. Messes up the bluetooth but you get large MS-duo support and all the software improvements. May get mine done so I can access IMAP subfolders with the email client.

It's hard to tell until you've seen them both for real.

IMO, the P900 looks slightly better but the P910 is far more practical.

The flip is a big improvement, both in terms of the numerical pad and the mini QWERTY keyboard. The software bundle is also much improved. The office suite is very nice.

Unless you can find an exceptional deal on the P900, I'd go with the P910 for sure. It's a lovely phone.

Does anyone else find that pic laughable?

Seriously... who would hold an expensive phone like that? I know there's no way on earth I'd hold my P900 like that

I sometimes hold my P800 and P900 by the flaps when texting on them with the groovy styluses - this is usually after 4 pints of stella though

What I want to know is how you lot keep the screens clean as I text people and the screen does get really mucky on them quite quick.

Overhead projector transparancys are your friend
Just cut them to the size of the screen, but leave about 2mm in the width extra. It slides nicely under the plastic. Stops the real screen from getting marked, prints ect...you can also clean them the same.
When it gets real dirty, just wack a new one in

    Check out this review http://www.mobile-review.com/review/...-p910-en.shtml
The start has direct comparison pics of the P900 and P910i side by side.
Not much different, I personally think its a no score draw between the two.

I've got a P900, as has just about everyone else here in our office! I'm quite tempted to get an XDA3 or whatever it's called on the other networks as I really want something with wi-fi for email/web-browsing at home/in the office when I don't want the hassle of turning the PC on but that has got phone features as well. I can use my t630, V300 or t68i for when I want a small phone.

I wouldn't mind a P900, but I don't really fancy the cost and I don't use the phone that much. Its more the whole sketching out ideas, listening to music on bus to and from work. I have a t68i, which whilst nice seems kind of limited in that respect. I had a lend of the XDA 1 when my boss got the XDA 2. It seemed really nice, though you do feel kinda silly holding the slab to your ear. The major plus is its a PocketPC, but having never used a Symbian before I don't know how much of a deal that would be.

Ideally I'd have have something like a Fujitsu Biblo with a bluetooth module and something like a K700i. Then again pots of cash I do not have.

Oh well I can allways dream

I can post you a copy of "SymbianOS for Dummies" if you want.

(it really does exist, and I really can send you one - it's only a 16-page minibook)
