is there a new nexus 4 coming out?

thinking of getting my wife a new phone, but thought I'd heard tell of the Nexus 4 being upgraded/replaced soon. Anyone know anything more concrete re dates/likelihood etc. Really don't want to splash now to find it out of date in a month's time.

I think a month's time is roughly what the rumour mill is talking about. It's still a good phone, and for the reduced price a bit of a bargain given the specs.

They've slashed the price of the Nexus 4 on Google Play which would suggest a new model is around the corner. It's currently the best value smarthphone by a long way.

Nothing can beat it for 159 :-). I just hope that new nexus will bring better camera than it predecessor.

Looks like a great improvement from the leaks. However it may be a tad to large for my liking. Nexus 4's screen is about the limit for me.
