Attention v55 owners

My parents just got a free v55 upgrade on contract -
are they gonna struggle to use it?
do you have to do anything silly to set it going properly?
what is the predictive text like?
How does it differ from a nokia interface (i am son of nokia)?

Motorola menus are generally appaling. So nothing like a Nokia.

Easy enough to use once you know your way around though.
