Samsung Galaxy S5

Due out any day. Does anyone have any specs to see if it is worth upgrading from my S3 LTE?

Well, as it hasn't been released, or even fully announced, any specs are pure conjecture. Tomorrow is the press event.

Hardware wise it will be mainly Samsung parts, so any press releases about new screen tech or processors in the past few months are likely candidates. I personally don't think there will be any radical hardware advances, after all we are starting to see the plateauing of handset specs. Wireless charging and a finger print reader are likely candidates too though.

The real big thing I think will be a totally new TouchWiz, or something to replace it with a better name would also help. I like their handsets, but I hate their software on the ones I've used.

I think there'll be:

New touchwiz, snapdragon 800, camera adjustments and that's about it. Can't see why they'd opt to put a 2560x1440 display in it - they need to advance batteries first.
