    K700i vs S700i

Need some advice as trying to choose between these 2. I like the expandable memory on the S700i and the look of it.

However, I can get the K700i for about half the price(I am buying the phone outright, prob from somewhere like ebay).

Is the s700i worth the extra?
I do know everything, just not all at once. It's a virtual memory problem.

Do you need a camera that powerful in a phone? or would you be better served with a decent seperate 3-4 megapixel camera. Do you need a built in mp3 player? or would you be better served with a compact 1.5 to 5gb HD MP3 player? fine carrying 3 devices around could be a pain, but the K700i can still be an occasional camera and a occasional MP3 player.

If your upgrading from a T610 or simular Id go for the K700i as its the natural progression. If you want a gadget packed phone S700i.

The S700i is a brilliant phone, Id say do you want to be spending double the amount of a K700i just for:

    1.3MP camera (K700i: VGA)
    expandable memory (K700i: all onboard)
    bigger screen
    'swivel' design

K700i is a good phone if you dont need the high res camera, and the memory is fine if you dont pack it with large mp3s.

I have the S700i and my housemate the K700i and they both seem excellent phones, just for different people.

I have the k700i but with all phones i think the novalty wears off, for a couple of weeks you play with all the features but after that it just becomes another phone.

I would say the k700 is more of the same where has the s700 is really the natural progression and this time next year it will be 2.0mp camera a more suitable flash and touch screen more memory etc.
Yes the S700 is a good phone the best yet for poor signal areas and amazing battery life, mine also came unlocked.

Good point. in the end think about what you are going to do with it over the next 12 months (if on contract ) if you think it worth the extra ££££ then ok.

as everyone else has said, do you really need all of the extra features?

If not the K700i is the phone you should go for
