calling app for 4G plan?

Hey, I just signed up for the unlimited 4G package, which means I really want to utilize and squeeze this plan from texting to calling. I'm using whatsapp and viber for texting, but get confused in calling overseas. I tried Skype and whatever apps have video-call features but I guess it goes along with the rates.

and here goes for international calling options: Rebtel and Libon, and Global Call which is really rising recently. Any check out yet?

Are you looking for pay as you go calling apps? I have checked out Global Call, Skype and Viber. I alternate between using Global Call and Viber.I use Viber when I want to text or make free calls over WiFi and Global Call to call landline and mobile phones when I’m travelling.
