Pocket PC 2003 - Smartphone Email Client

I need to be able to authenticate on outbound email but it is a different login to my main mailbox - any ideas how to put this in? I can't find it for sure. If not anyone know of a client which I can pickup which will let me do emails on the move.

Do you have an orange.net mail account? If not, you'll need one to authenticate to their SMTP server, I would imagine. If you have, it may require settings like using secure password authentication to work.

you dont have to use the same SMTP server as your incoming server - its the nature of SMTP. You should be allowed to relay out from your providers server.

eg oranges one at smtp.orange.net ( which you can only use if you are on orange )

which provider are you on david ?

I use my spv e200 to check my pop3 blueyonder e-mail when out and about. Use the normal blueyonder (or your own ISP) settings for the pop3 part and smtp.orange.net for the outgoing. Should work a treat.

Almost forgot - using the method above means you don't need to authenticate on the smtp part either.
