I've got it on my LG G4, can't say I've noticed much change over Lollipop.
Running 6.0.1 on my nexus 6p & loving it. It is the first android OS I have not needed to root, to solve an underlying issue. Gives a solid two days of usage.

My son has the only device in the house that has it, a Moto X Play. He seems pretty happy with it so far.
Not holding my breath on the others being updated.
Running it on a HTC M9. Apart from a few GUI changes, it's pretty much the same.....a tad quicker and much improved battery life but that may be down to the ROM and not the version of Android.

I may have found a glitch - I've had a couple of calls today and the screen when blank after accepting the call - couldn't select loudspeaker or access the keypad, which I needed to do on the first call.
It's just been released for the Moto G2, so with some trepidation, I'm downloading it.. <anxiously biting fingernails>

So far so good, I haven't lost any data and it all seems to work as before. Not investigated the alternative use of the SD card yet

Well, I finally bit the bullet with this as I was getting out of memory errors when updating, and I have been pleasantly surprised.
I also got a warning about a slow card (also class 10) but I haven't had any problems yet. A quick google indicates that it is the file indexing that benefits most from a faster card, I'm using a fairly nifty class 10 and it seems OK.
I'm not sure all apps are being stored there, or if the file system is seamless across the device - but it has been a worthwhile improvement.

My Z3 updated recently - at first it appeared that the upgrade had totally messed up data and apps on my SD card, some of it caught up by itself and then a restart helped things a bit more, but one of the wise changes was to rename the SD card and so some apps could no longer see SD stored data e.g. Oruxmaps had no access to the offline maps I'd created. SD card now called storage/exfat_uuid.
I haven't got around to telling where OSMAnd should look for its maps - it gets confused at the best of times, will wait until I feel very patient.
I think that most apps are ok now.
Haven't really noticed much of user experience difference, probably time to do a factory reset and get the max benefit.
Just want to ask here; do all versions of Marshmallow (from different manufacturers I mean) would have the adaptable storage feature?
They should have, I think it's an integral part of Marshmallow...
