SD card as Internal Storage in Marshmallow
I recently bought a 32Gb SD card to go in my Moto X Force, and set it up as internal storage, then moved data to the card. All was fine until I rebooted and tried to use Swiftkey. It comes up saying "Preditions not available, check SD card". Now I've checked on the swiftkey forums and it seems to be a known issue, where the app is still installed in memory on the handset, but data is stored on the SD. As I only really got the SD card as I was filling up internal storage with music, so just shifting the music off would be fine.
So I guess my question is: Is there a way to select what it moved to the SD card? The Move Data option seems to be all or nothing. Or am I best off using the SD card as portable storage and just putting the music files on there manually?
Re: SD card as Internal Storage in Marshmallow
Apps which expect an SD card don't work with Marshmallow's "adoptable storage", since the SD card effectively disappears as far as apps are concerned - e.g. you can't install games like PvZ2.
Sounds like you're better off with regular "portable storage"

Right, moved all the data back onto the phone, formatted as portable data, then it asked if I wanted to transfer music, video and photos. Just what I want...
