Hello, how to remove or recover my iTunes backup password?

Hello, anybody help me? I forgot my iTunes backup password, the backup was created 7 months ago and set a password protected, now I need to restore this backup file but I really can't recall the password, what should I do? Can I contact the Apple support? or other way to unlock or recover the password? Thanks!

There is no way to recover your information or turn off Encrypt Backup if you lose or forget the password.
