iPhone won't connect to Bose box
Recently got a bose box as a gift and have been trying to connect to it. I turn the bluetooth on my phone on, but my phone doesn't seem to register that there is a bose box to connect to.
Others seem to be able to connect to it fine, so my question is.....is there something obvious that I am missing, or could it be that there's something broken with my phone itself and the bluetooth capabilities?

Have you read the manual for the Bose box? You may need to set it up to pair with the iPhone.

It's a gift, but it isn't new. A friend gave it to me, but not with the manual. The thing is, about 6 months ago when at her place I could connect to it just fine. All of a sudden now I can't. Which makes me worry it's my phone. Is there a way that I can delete the memory in the bose box so that no other phones are stored in it, and try again from scratch as the only device to pair with?

I'd imagine the manual is available from the Bose website, else googling the model number should see it surface easily...
Might be a factory reset option.

Is it still listed under paired devices on your phone? If you have a few listed, might be an idea to remove them all first and let it pick it up again. Whats the model of the Bose speaker?
